Individual Coaching Session
The purpose of this coaching session is to dive deep on their individual results so they can deeply understand their strengths. During this session, we unlock and celebrate that individual's unique strengths.
This sessions typically lasts one hour.
Team Workshop
I lead a workshop based on the team's individual and team assessment results. This workshop, in combination with the individual session, leaves the team feeling energized, seen, heard, and appreciated. It's truly a magical experience!
