Working with a coach is a deeply personal experience. Coaching is marked by moments of discomfort and breakthrough. The right coach will push you to think differently and challenge the long-held beliefs that are holding you back from achieving the growth you're capable of.

As your coach, I will help you break down the roadblocks that stop you from getting what you want, whether that's with your team, as a small business owner, or as a human being simply trying to navigate this crazy and complicated thing we call "life." My job is to gently nudge you toward self-confrontation so you can break old patterns of thought and behavior, and open yourself up to new possibilities.

How do we do this? I start by ask you probing questions that challenge you to step outside your current thinking and peel back the layers to reveal core issues that hinder readiness. This process is proven to facilitate consistent breakthroughs.
